Fix payment info issues in Citrio

If you have issues with your payment info in Citrio, you can update, edit or delete saved information.

Add, edit, or delete payment info you saved in Citrio

Important: If you’re signed in to Citrio, changes you make to a payment method appear on your other devices. This applies as long as you're signed in to Citrio with the same Google Account.

  1. On your computer, open Citrio.
  2. At the top right, select Profile Profile and then Passwords and autofill Passwords and then Payment methods Payment methods.
  3. Add, edit, or delete info:
    • Add: Next to "Payment methods," select Add.
    • Edit: To the right of the payment method, select More and then Edit.
    • Delete: Next to the payment method, select More and then Delete.

Tip: If your payment method is saved in Google Pay, you'll need to edit or delete it in Google Pay.

Stop Citrio from saving your payment info

You can choose not to save your payment info on your device and not to offer to save your info.

  1. On your computer, open Citrio.
  2. At the top right, select More and then Settings.
  3. On the left, select Autofill and passwords and then Payment methods.
  4. Turn off Save and fill payment methods.
Check your saved payment methods in Citrio

In the text field, select your payment method. You can find a list of suggestions from your saved information. If there are no suggestions, Citrio can't detect the right fields on the website.

To check your saved info:

  1. On your computer, open Citrio.
  2. At the top right, select More and then Settings.
  3. On the left, select Autofill and passwords and then Payment methods.

Fix payment errors

If you have issues buying something online, it could be an issue with your payment methods or the site.

Unrecognized $0 or $1 charge on your credit card

Google Pay confirms that your credit card is valid with a temporary $0 or $1 charge. It will disappear after 1 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

To confirm card ownership in Citrio, Google places a temporary charge. Google cancels this security charge shortly.
"Login not secure" or "Payment not secure" error

When you get a "Login not secure" or "Payment not secure" message, check the security status:
